Veere Di Wedding:Kareena, Sonam, Swara, Shikha turn beach babes

The makers of the film Veere Di Wedding unveiled a new poster from the film. It sees Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania standing against the backdrop of a beautiful Thailand-beach, sporting sexy swim-wear. The girls having the time of their life on a beach, sporting sexy bikinis and raising temperatures. While Kareena oozes oomph in a shimmery sand-gold bikini top and a sarong, Sonam looks chic in a white bikini top and capris. Shikha and Swara pose in sexy bikinis too.

The poster captures the moment when Kareena Kapoor’s wedding is cancelled and her friends, Sonam, Swara, and Shikha decide to take her on a holiday to Phuket, Thailand. The girls chill by the pool, stroll together at the beach, try on swimsuits and take over a strip club in full Coyote Ugly mode - as shown in the film’s title song Veere.

                                                   

Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, the film is about four best friends who just run away from the idea of marriage. The film has many funny instances and quirky dialogues. The film is a laugh riot. The movie is inspired from 'Permanent Roommates'. The film features Sumeet Vyas opposite Kareena. Veteran actress Neena Gupta plays Sonam's on-screen mommy.

Veere Di Wedding is produced by Rhea Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor. It will release on June 1 and will clash with Bhavesh Joshi Superhero at the box office.

                                                       

                                                      

On the personal front, Sonam Kapoor got married to businessman Anand Ahuja on May 8 in a Punjabi traditional manner. Talking of Kareena Kapoor Khan, she is making a comeback with Veere Di Wedding after her pregnancy break.
